I've got time if we can do by phone. If we need to get together, probably not before next week. Backed up on things as usual.

The layer is having a predefined CSS which makes the stroke and the polygon fill with the same color #ee9900. I want to change the stroke color and make the polygon transparent, but I dont want to add these changes by adding extra CSS to my code. I want to make it in the CSS file assigned by Open layer so that everywhere it gets reflected.
