Hi, first at all thanks for your answer.
I have a external panel with all the tools that the user can use in the map.
I create the measurement tools like this:
And then I have a dragpan control to move through the map and allow to the
user click over the layer:
The dragpan is TYPE_TOOL like the measurement controls, so, when the user
enable one tool the others are disabled.
The popup is created through GeoExt:
Do you know what's going on?
