Hello John, This looks like a Microsoft quad key based tile naming convention (aka Morton key), although they're often divided up into folder names so that not too many tiles appear in a single directory.

Hi guys, Has anyone used map info tiles in OL? They look like /wetlands/0320101123203031.gif as a single tile. I haven't been able to find out what the naming scheme is so I can use a tile layer. If someone has already set up a layer for these, I'd love to have an example layer config.
