Hello Everyone.I use OpenLayers-2.13.1. There is problem with animated
panning - Google layers has delay with Vector or WMS layer.It's same as
animated zooming which fix by: zoomMethod: null - for
mapandanimationEnabled: false - for google. I found in documentation
panMethod: null

, but it doesn't work. Somebody know another method to turn off animated
