I have a tiled layer,when I set Opacity for it use OpenLayers 2.10 or
2.13.1, it works well on firefox,but on IE8,it looks very ugly.because,the
label of stations and the halo's border display.how can I solve this problem ?

Please send inquiries like this to the openlayers list. I only know
about OL things that I have actually worked with. I am just a user. To
the best of knowledge opacity for IE8 remains a problem. Best solution
is detect IE8 on the application page and tell users to get themselves a
decent browser - js runs terribly on IE8 anyway. Others on the list
might have a better idea.
