Hi I recently downloaded and installed OpenLDAP on Windows XP. Very easy installation. Now I'm trying to login to OpenLDAP using cn=admin but it doesn't work, I have to put the entire base DN to make it work cn=admin,dn=somecompany,dn=com. Is this the way to authenticate or there is a way to just use cn=admin?.
