I modified test001-slapadd with the attached patch, which as you can see from
the log, fails. Without that slapcat test added there, all tests pass ....
Likewise works fine with 4.7.25.
Will try with 4.7.25 as well.
There was a problem with slapcat, it's been resolved in ITS#5745.
