multiple DIT

openLdap 2.4.28-1

I have created a DIT dc=com
i need to create 2 additional dit for dc=net and dc=org
I have been all over the web
and it is not vlear how to create the additional DIT with the cn=config.ldif
any help will be greatly appreciated
please request additional info if required to solve
