Theme Wizard not updating

Bug description:
First making the theme works fine but when editing the theme and/or making
changes to the image the preview in the wizard is not updated to the new image
but keeps the old image even when a new image is picked. The wizard will not
change to the new image until Openlp is closed and reopened and the wizard is
restarted, then the image is updated in the wizard preview and at finishing,
the theme is updated to the new image. Closing Openlp after every theme update
or creation is a quick fix to the problem. 1.9.3 bzr1152 os kubuntu 64bit
system
