The hack is effective in r1380, but I wouldn't close this yet, maybe the
extensions list needs some additions.

Bug description:
Evidently not all mimetypes which phonon supports, get a good
extension. To investigate, it would be good, if you could post your
log using openlp r1325 or newer. To do so just run openlp with -l
debug key, close it and post openlp.log file. Please don't forget to
add your operating system.
If there are some files, which open and play fine, add a list of such
files' extenions here as comment with your log. Adding mimetype of
these files would be superb.
