Bug description:
Hello!
trunk r1344, Windows XP
I have the "Hide mouse cursor when over display window", but when I
start openlp and move the mouse cursor to the display window the mouse
cursor is visible, when the default display is still being displayed.
However, as soon as I send another item live, the cursor is hidden as
expected.
