Bible disappear after upgrade

Bug description:
After upgrading a bible, the bible disappeared from the list in bible plugin.
In directory "data/bibles", the bible file named ".sqlite" was created.

Steps:
1. start OpenLP with Japanese bible data of previous format.
2. Use Bible Upgrade Wizard to upgrade it;
select the bible (http://static.inky.ws/image/446/image.jpg)
save backup to C:\temp
set language as Japanese.
And click OK to continue.
The wizard says succeeded. (http://static.inky.ws/image/447/image.jpg)
3. open bible plugin and no bible found.

OS: Windows Server 2008 R2 Enterprise
OpenLP Version: 1.9.6 download from
http://sourceforge.net/projects/openlp/files/openlp/1.9.6/OpenLP-1.9.6-setup.exe/download
Bible translation: Japanese bible translated in 1987, proprietary.
