The images are stored in a lazy cache and if the screen size changes we resize the images correctly. Is this bug not about having different base themes tailored to different resolutions so our images fit.

We could modify the themes for other screen resolutions. The FRW would then automatically download the right theme (with the correct screen resolution). I think the themes do not look nice with the black bars.
