OpenLP crashes when media settings are changed after cancelling the
dialog previously

Bug description:
Hello,
1) Ensure that the phonon backend is disabled.
2) Go to Settings -> Media and enable the Phonon backend.
3) Click "Cancel"
4) Again go to Settings -> Media and enable the Phonon backend.
5) Click "save"
Result:
Crash
I was able to observe this crash with phonon as well as with the (not
committed) vlc backend.
