Include all songs when searching by book

"I have a lot of song files where no songbook name is mentioned.
In the song list sorted by songbook these files do not occur.
I would prefer that they may be listed by (No songbook) like (No author)."
I feel we should have continuity between all search methods. If there
is no search term, we should show all songs.
