Ubuntu user here. LibreOffice Version 3.6.2.2 (Build ID: 360m1(Build:2)). OpenLP 1.9.12 build bzr2088.
Seems to work. LibreOffice took a few minutes to load the 3MB RTF file but OpenLP waited until it was loaded to start the import.
