Well, I reduced the threshold size. And I actually reduced it to 27, so
it should be fixed on windows now :D

If controller size was small on the start of app - shows narrow menu. then
make controller wider - shows wide menu.
Trying to make controller narrower - nothing happend. still wide menu.
