Public bug reported: The opposite problem to bug #633527
>From the forums: I am new to OpenLP, and am hoping to make the transition to it from PowerPoint. During my exploration of OpenLP, I encountered an issue where copyright information which is longer than one line will cut off, instead of wrapping to the next line. I checked the settings and theme options to try to find a solution, but did not find one. I manually inserted line breaks with the br HTML tag. This did force the text to the next line, but since display monitors vary in size and resolution, what works for one monitor looks terrible on another and still results in cut-off text. I was able to get this to work by placing custom coding into the Copyright Information field inside an HTML span tag using style="white- space:normal". Note that the CSS style for text-wrap:normal did not correct the issue. Placing CSS code into the copyright field for each song (or each with long copyright information, and the definition of long would change depending on the display being used) would be cumbersome, and having the copyright information cut off is not acceptable for legal or presentation reasons. Have I missed some easier way to have the copyright information automatically wrap to the next line? Did I change some setting without realizing it, or if not, why doesn't OpenLP wrap the text by default and could this behavior be changed in a future release?
