Focus doesn't switch to Live when you click in "move to live" button

Bug description:
The keyboard focus doesn't switch to Live Panel when you click in
"Move to Live" button, in Preview Panel.
REPRODUCING THE ERROR:
1. Run OpenLP;
2. Click twice in a song. The song will present in Preview Panel;
3. Click in "Move to Live" button, in Preview Panel;
4. Use keyboard arrows to change the verses;
5. The normal behavior is to change the live slides, but the preview slides
are changing.
SCENARIO:
1. Operating System: Ubuntu Studio 14.04.2 (in a virtual machine);
2. OpenLP version: 2.1.4.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:
1. When you click in a song in Service Manager, the focus is in Live Panel
(normal behavior);
2. I performed the same steps in a Mac OS 10.10.3 with OpenLP 2.0.5 and the
focus is in Live Panel (normal behavior).
