I have managed to reproduce this.
Guess we unblank the display then remove it allowing the sound burst.

Bug description:
Audio from blanked video on sending song to live
When video with audio is blanked and song is sent to Live after that, audio
of the video is played for about 1/10th of a second.
Happens on portable 2.1.5 on Win 8.1 / Win 10, other platforms/builds not
tested by me.
Running portable vlc.
