I can confirm this on ubuntu 15.10, LO 5.0.5.2.
The issue seems to be that Impress assigns numbers to screens differently from
how OpenLP does it...

Bug description:
If OpenLP is set to display stuff in primary monitor on dual screen
setup, Impress displays presentation in secondary screen (the wrong
screen).
PowerPoint works properly. (Setting for letting PP control display
screen is not enabled)
