I've never seen this happen before. Win 10 64-bit, English only, been using OpenLP since 2.2.1.

It does not allow resizing at all. It is to a point where the "Cancel" button is barely visible in the primary screen. Both screens are set to 1024x768 and in extended mode. We're using OpenLP 2.0.3 in Brazilian Portuguese running on Windows XP SP3.
