Hello Everybody,
We are having the same problem:

Openmeetings don't let us upload files, and remains freezed with the
following message "converting..." but in the log server don't show
that the file is being saved.
The log shows:

If we login traditionally there is no problem, we can upload files,
but if we login with an invitation hash this problem appears.
We also followed the instructions in:

But we don't have success
