OM saves files with wrong uploader id

uploaded files are saved with wrong uploader id.
in table "fileexploreritem" the attribute "inserted_by" / "owner_id" is 2
instead of 1. the connected user has id 1 according to table "users".
we are using OM by "portaLE" (plugin for stud.IP), in case it's a necessary
information.
