User is not able to send invitations to internals and externals

Hi,
there is one user in our company that has not the ability to send invitations
via OpenMeetings -> Plan a meeting. Therefore it can not be used.
The LDAP configuration for every other user is correct. She can also log in as
a user and plan it correctly. But there are not invitations send to the
attendees.
As a result she is not able to have external partners to join her meetings,
because she also needs to work with partners that are not in company.
Other users are comletely fine and can't complain about anything.
Do you have any idea, why she has this bug?
