There is a new otpion in the every conference room: "hideWhiteboard"
if enabled the whiteboard is not visible at all.
But also: The video pods are located in the area where the whiteboard would be!
So in case hideWhiteboard is true the video pods get automatically next to each
other and start a new row, so the layout is like that:
