SebastianWagner commented on OPENMEETINGS-95:
---------------------------------------------

*can you please provide me with contact in INFRA team*
=> You simply need to add a new ticket at their Issue tracker... so it might
take a while ... you ask in their IRC channel about status

*How do You think should we create separate docs artefact? *
=> Good question. If there is a way of generating a unque link to
build.apache.org where it finds always the latest compiled version of the
website as ZIP you could download and unpack it using a script.
You could add a new target to the ANT script that generated a package of the
website including the SOAP API docs from the Doclet and call it
"latest-website-snapshot.zip"
I think the link would be then always:
https://builds.apache.org/job/openmeetings/lastSuccessfulBuild/artifact/singlewebapp/dist/openmeetings-latest-website-snapshot.tar.gz

And instruct the INFRA team to change the sync script to get the website from
the build server instead of the SVN sync. However it is no standard Apache way
so it might take a while before they will accept any a solution that is just
individually for our project.

> docs folder, generated by build, should be removed from SVN, artifact for the
> docs should be added
