Blank screen on Backup

When I push "System Backup" button, I get blank scren.

"java.io.FileNotFoundException:
/opt/red5/webapps/openmeetings/upload/backup/backup_01_04_2012_10_34_13/organizations.xml
(No such file or directory)". Folder "backup" is really empty. Rights are 777.
