Login options/features been reduced in current update

hello again,
I've noticed one thing in "openmeetings-2.0.0.r1309184-03-04-2012_2309.tar.gz"
All the Login screen options were available
Where in "openmeetings-2.0.0.r1309618-04-04-2012_2305.tar.gz" and Later Login
Screen got Changed and with reduced options/features.
Is this is kind of implementation or even its a bug?
