Horizontal scrolling for Low resolution screen

If we resize the window of browser in openmeeting ,we can't geta horizontal
scroll bar as we get a vertical scroll bar,
and if the resolution of screen is 800*600 we can't get full content of
openmeeting.
as u can see when you create a confernce room in administration.
just try the openmeeting either in 800*600 resolution or resize the browser
windowyou will get the issue.
If you have solution for that plz help me to come out through this problem.
