Use case:
Server machines timezone: IST (+5:30)
Client machine timezone: GMT+6
Client Openmeetings timezone GMT+6 Asia/Dhaka
Client creates meeting from 14:30 to 15:00
meeting is correctly displayed in calendar UI
but the email that he will receive shows as invitation time: 13:30 - 14:00
date/time in database is also wrong by 1 hour
