To reproduce the issue:
1. Enter an OpenMeetings room (for example, a «public Conference Room»)
2. Turn on video and audio
3. Press the «mute microphone» button
= > Microphone has turned off
4. Press the «unmute microphone» button
= >! «mute microphone» button is shown, but microphone doesn't work
5. Press «(Re) Start audio/video» button
= > Microphone works
