Summary: ScreenSharing need to be enhanced to enable screen publishing

I just commit UI changes required by this issue
@Sebastian can you please take a look at new design?
Additionally I would like to:
1) remove "Pause Sharing" button (change "Start Sharing" to be "Pause Sharing")
2) move "Stop Sharing" to the up and resize dialog
what do you think on it?
