The issue with the "deleted.jpg" is:
If you upload a PDF file, that download original == download as PDF. There 
button for "download original" should be not visible in that case.
If you upload a Non-PDF document (.doc, .ppt, ... ) then the download orginial 
button works as expected (except for the strange filename)
