When creating a meeting, cancelling or modifying a meeting, the user gets the
option to send an .ics attachment in the notification email.
Unfortunately as the email that is generated is a multipart mime type, Outlook
2003/2007/2010 are unable to correctly identify the boundaries for the .ics
mime type and users are not presented with an attachment to double click to add
to their calendar.
Same email will work using Thunderbird, Outlook Web Access etc; however when
using Outlook + exchange, the attachment is hidden.

body part. Adding the content-disposition to the email along with a file name
for the .ics attachment allows the .ics to be opened by Microsoft
Outlook/Exchange clients.
