Add a new video pod control: volume slider. The description of the first
version of this feature:
1) It must be a special button on the video pod toolbar. Clicking this button,
you set visible the volume slider corresponding with this video pod.
2) If it is the video pod of your stream then the slider adjusts your
microphone frequency, but if it is not your stream then the slider adjusts the
volume of the stream.
3) Clicking to some another place of the screen, you make the slider invisible.
4) If you adjust microphone frequency and set 0 value of it then "microphone
mute" action is called. And you your microphone is muted and you set not 0
value of frequency then "microphone unmute" action is called.
