Please make the ability to create new Whiteboards or to change the currently
selected Whiteboard to be only available to Moderators, and not to participants
who have “Draw on the Whiteboard” rights as participants should not be able to
change currently selected Whiteboard unless they have been promoted to being a
moderator.
