Allow an administrative option (either by a "Configuration" option or by a
"Conference rooms" option) to control whether to display the "Mute microphone
globally" dialog box or not when a user selects the microphone icon.
Personally I find this warning dialog window very annoying when you have to be
constantly managing who has their microphone muted and when it should be muted,
and that it is not required.
I presume that its existence is because others have found it necessary, however
we find it annoying.
