I have low bandwidth Internet connection (1mbps). Need set 11 kHz to
microphone, but parrameters $red5/webapps/openmeetings/config.xml:
microphoneRateNormal microphoneRateBest - nothing do. I try 44, 22, 11 - all
equally.
And one question: What is "The Quality-Modus can be chosen in the Login-Box"?
Where is Login-Box? And how can set microphoneRate when Login-Box there is no?
