The folder and files where actually created at wrong places.
The log does not contain any exception but the files have been written at the wrong places while the recording post process took place.

The matching algorithm then could not find the proper images to merge the videos to a single stream again.
You can watch the temporary files that are produced when you comment out the two "FileHelper.removeRec" in the FlVInterviewConverter.java Clas
