Openmeetings doesn't create sip users\peers in asterisk, it only creates
records in extensions and meetme tables for each new room when red5sip.enable
flag set to "yes".
Openmeetings uses only one sip user for sip-transport to connect asterisk.
You should create sip user manually as described in instruction
