1 - Your red5 server is under linux correct?
2 - Clear the cache of your browser
3 - check again your configuration

4 - do you use proxy in your network? if does, put the ip of your red5
(192.168.2.100) in the exception of your browse proxy.
5 - you can use "telnet 192.168.2.100 80" in your workstation to test if port
is opened
6 - your port 80 is opened in the firewall?
