Fix For: 2.1 Apache Incubator Release
When an invited user clicks on an external invitation link to a meeting
received via email (the invitation link can be generated via the Calendar or
from within a Meeting via Actions-->Invite Users) the link does not work.
User sees the white screen with the blue line and the try1 message.
