Invitation ICS file included in email attachment does not include METHOD
parameter, which is required for Outlook 2003 client to import such file.
METHOD parameter is currently commented out in code ( IcalHandler.java ), due
to previous problems ( old issue tracker 1563 ). It would be useful to allow
this parameter via Administrator's configuration UI, so compatibility with
Outlook 2003 can be restored.
