SebastianWagner commented on OPENMEETINGS-373:
----------------------------------------------

For having 100% visibility of the whole page on different screen resolution we
have the full-fit button. That will scale to different numbers based on screen
resolution.
If we change that so that no zoom and scolling is synced anymore between users,
the first thing a user will ask is:
"I am a teacher and I want to scroll down the page, but all my students now
have to manually scroll the page, that is not handy, I can't use OpenMeetings"
=> So what will you respond to him?

> By default all users should be able to scroll their Whiteboard, and doing so
> should not affect any other participants Whiteboard.

> Any user should be able to scroll their own Whiteboard area without affecting
> all other participants, but when a Moderator scrolls their whiteboard, it
> should scroll everyone’s Whiteboard (just as it currently does).
> The user should not be required to have "Draw on the Whiteboard" privilege to
> scroll their whiteboard, this should be a default privilege.
