are u working on that topic at the moment? i would start implementing conversion of the BufferedImages from jrdesktop into flv based on this cool snippets : http://wiki.xuggle.com/Encoding_Video_from_a_sequence_of_Images that would be first step, afterwards it would be possible, to rebroadcast it into red5 scope...
