Which version of OpenMeetings are you running? 0.8rc2 In case its an UI Bug => Images say more then words! Please attach a Screen-Shot. What's your operating system on client and server side? ubuntu 9.04 Is it a problem related to the client/usability or server-side? client I think So I download the latest revision but this problem is always here... This is the step to check the bug : 1- I create user1 as administrator or other if you want 2- I create user2 as simple user 3- I go to conference or meeting (it's the same problem) with user1 4- I go to conference with user2 First conclusion : - user1 is the moderator and user2 have just the pointer tool - user2 could remove files uploaded by the two user, that's not ok, I think... 5- Go out from the conference with user2 and just with him ! 6- Go back into the same conference with user2 Second conclusion : - User2 have all tools for whiteboard but he is not the moderator !!!
