Hi, I use OM 0.8.4. I begin by questions : 1 - In room creation panel, what is the obective of "meeting room" checkbox ? what is the obective of "demo room" checkbox ? what is the obective of "demo time" label text ? what is the obective of "moderate" checkbox ? Then my suggestion : 1- When you invite some people in the meeting, you need to make this one by one. So it will interesting to implement a solution which use Outlook database AND another solution which use for example a file who contains mail addresses, "pseudo", firstname, lastname, etc... This file could be created by user or extract from another base and will be in CVS format for example. The idea is to can invite many people at the same time...I hope it's clear... 2- Use "pseudo": when I'm inviting to a conference for example or when I login with LDAP account, it's not my firstname which appear but the email adress or ldap account. It will be better if that's replace by a "pseudo" for example. What do you think about that ?
