Thank you, Sebastian. So this is a usability problem then. Since *default_domain_id* and Organization Ids are connected this way, and it's very ease to get the discrepancy, when any of these fields change, the check should be done. If there's no organization corresponding to default_domain_id, the warning like "No org meets the default_domain_id, new users won't be able to login".
