New issue 876 by [email protected]: UTF-8 support broken in Linux and
MacOsX - workaround available
http://code.google.com/p/openmeetings/issues/detail?id=876

As you might know Adobe Flash Player has had a bug that breaks the umlauts
and scandinavian characters of Linux and MacOsX users using UTF-8 character
set.

Adobe has been reported a year and a half ago. They have not fixed it.
http://bugs.adobe.com/jira/browse/FP-40

There is a workaround by Richard Fairhurst, the sysadmin behind
OpenStreetMaps. http://www.systemed.net/blog/?p=110

Please implement this as it would make OpenMeetings the only conferencing
software around that handles UTF-8 characters somewhat properly on Linux
and MacOsX.
